Full detached recording studio at rear of the property, featuring great gear + back line, 2 live rooms, iso-booth, control room, storage, bathroom, and loft sleeping space with full size bed. Every room has available mic lines, in case you need more space to track live. Also, every room includes flat screens and they are wired to the control room, in case you want to run video or additional computer screens.  

Don't bother renting a car, it's an extremely walking friendly for Los Angeles; just a short walk to supermarket, liquor store, great restaurants, bars, clubs, and dessert spots. This is a special and creative property.  5 min walk to Larchmont Village shops and restaurants.
